My Approach

I take an organic and humanistic approach to help you achieve peace and happiness in work and life allowing you to see yourself within your own context. This is a very natural method that works well across different life situations and across different cultures. It starts with understanding the need for change, achieving clarity, creating a new focus, and developing your capability. Helping you to commit to micro-tasks that see's your continued self enquiry, self growth and ultimately the achievement of your end goals. It is both an art and a science.

What small steps can be taken to bring energy and clarity to daily life, what habits are helpful to increase mental and physical stamina, how can we take small steps and repeated good habits to help you reach your goal.

Create awareness

Understanding your present reality, what is alive right now in you.  Describe what you’re experiencing, what bothers you the most, and what matters to you right now.

Create focus

Where do you want to be and what do you want to experience, what is the end goal? creating a new focus and goal for yourself and understanding the options with which to achieve them.
